Wake Up With Gerry McNamara's Incredible 2006 Big East Tournament Run

The Big East Tournament kicks off today, so I had to pay homage with Gerry McNamara putting on the greatest run I have ever seen in my life. This video only having 187,500 views is the upset of the century since it has been around since 2007 and I know that I personally have watched it at least 100,000 times and blogged it multiple times. Most people associate "Remember The Name" with JJ Watt working out or whatever of the 8 million other sports montages its been used in. But I think of a legendary Cuse player from Scranton putting the team on his back like Greg Jennings in Madden, getting buckets, hitting buzzer beaters, and leading them to a Big East Tournament Championship at MSG against superior competition despite being injured, exhausted, and taking direct shots from his own college newspaper.

I know the Big East has bounced back since Cuse left and I'm just an old washed idiot that hates change. But I can't describe how much I miss those old Big East Tournaments or how much I fucking love Gerry McNamara.
