Perfection: Jordan Ford Admitting That BYU Refusing To Play On Sunday Helped Him Hit A Game-Winner Against BYU On Monday

Last night/this morning may have summed up March perfectly. A ridiculous game that was somehow 51-50 and a tip that wasn't until 11:45pm Eastern. What makes it even more bizarre? No, not the game-winner, but the fact that it was able to happen because BYU refuses to play on Sunday's. If they would just stop having dumbass rules, they would have played a Sunday game, a day after Jordan Ford played 50 minutes in a double OT game that went into the early hours of Sunday morning, where there was a lost hour of sleep and when Ford did this:

Hell, he even admits himself that he wouldn't have had the legs:

I don't give a shit because I'm not Mormon, but if I'm playing on BYU's team here I'm debating trying to convince whoever to let us start playing on Sunday. You can't be losing games by giving your opponent an advantage. That's enough reason for me not to consider BYU as a recruit before all the ridiculous rules that come to being a student there. No thank you.

That said, Jordan Ford is so damn good. The guy plays the most minutes in the country. He's the 11th leading scorer in the country. He can be a lead guard or play off the ball depending on the set. Everyone was shocked when he sat for 6 minutes at the end of the first half because he just doesn't miss time. He also led St. Mary's to the Tournament again - regardless of what happens tonight against Gonzaga.
