"Get Landry Jones The Fuck Outta Here" - Live Shit Talking Is Going The XFL To The Next Level

I'd say this is the standard reaction at least 98% of the time Landry Jones is on television playing the sport of football. "Get Landry Jones the fuck outta here" is a thought that comes across everyone's head at least once per game when he's out there on the field. But in most instances, we've never had the ability to voice those thoughts on the broadcast. The announcers can dance around it all they want but they'd never be able to fully go in on him like that. The players can shit talk him all they want but the mic's either wouldn't pick it up or it would never make it through to the actual broadcast. But that's what separates the XFL. The ability to connect with the viewers. The ability for the players to give the fans at home a voice, too. This wasn't just a huge moment for the Houston Roughnecks. This was a huge moment for anyone and everyone who had ever once said to themselves "get Landry Jones the fuck outta here". And there's something special about that.

I'm just glad Charles James II had the awareness to make sure that mic was as hot as possible before going off here. You just can't teach that.

Sidenote: Not to be THAT guy or anything but the PLL had players be a part of the broadcast first. Just saying. Sport of the Future.
