Staten Island Student Bashes In A Kid's Head With A Metal Stool Because He Farted On her

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Incensed because she believed another student passed gas near her, a South Richmond High School pupil on Monday allegedly bashed the boy in the head with a metal stool, injuring him, according to a law enforcement source and a criminal complaint. Joquasha Rosado, 17, of Mariners Harbor, was arrested on felony and misdemeanor assault charges, stemming from the 2:10 p.m. incident at the Pleasant Plains school, which serves teens with special needs and disabilities, said authorities. Ms. Rosado also punched the 15-year-old victim’s head about 10 to 15 times while cursing and yelling at him, said police and the source. The victim required eight medical staples to close his wound, said the complaint. Ms. Rosado was arraigned Tuesday in Stapleton Criminal Court on a felony charge of second-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of third-degree assault and criminal weapon possession, said a spokesman for District Attorney Daniel Donovan. She’s also accused of a lesser count of harassment. The defendant was released on her own recognizance and ordered back to court on Feb. 25.

Listen I dont think anybody should ever get their head bashed in with a metal stool for farting. Sometimes you cant even help it. One squeaks out on you. Nobody should end up with 8 staples in their head for doing ducks.

But Joquasha is not gonna let you napalm her nose in the middle of class without repercussions and retribution. Shes got a reputation to uphold and she cant let some special needs kid farting on her without making a statement with her punishment.
