Seton Hall Just Won At Villanova For The First Time In TWENTY SIX Years, About Ready To Clinch The Big East

Look at Seton Hall here. The last coach to win at Nova was PJ Carlesimo before he got choked by Spree. That's how long it has been! This was huge for the Pirates. They were just 2 games up over Nova with 2 games against Nova heading into this game. Now they are 3 up with a win over Butler and win over Nova - both on the road. They are one of the best teams in the country and keep showing it. 

Here's the thing. Seton Hall is a legit national title contender. They were undervalued this morning by the NCAA Tournament committee. They are the best team in the Big East. They have a 1st Team All-American in Myles Powell. They run you off the 3pt line. They can shoot, they can play high ball screens. They don't really have a weakness. 

I can't stress how big this is for Seton Hall. There's a legit outside chance they can jump to a 1 seed - but more realistically a 2 seed. If they go Big East regular season and conference tournament champs then you have to consider them. Their 'bad loss' is at Iowa State. Everything else has been normal for the most part. 

Either way, this Seton Hall team is damn good and it's worth talking about winning this game.
