Zombie Chick Gets 2 DUIs In One Night At Halloween Party With Top Notch Before And After Mugshots

Rochester – Gates Police say they arrested the same woman twice in less than three hours for driving drunk. Police say 26-year-old Catherine Butler of Rochester was arrested around 2 a.m. Saturday for driving without headlights. Investigators believe she was coming from a Halloween party. She was charged with DWI and a friend picked her up from the police department. Just before 5 a.m. the same day, police say they picked her up again. Officers say Butler was swerving in and out of her lane on Buffalo Road. She was charged a second time with DWI. Investigators tell us Butler was arrested for DWI by Gates Police in 2006 and again in 2011 by Brighton Police. Butler is due back in court next month.

There’s not much worse than the Halloween walk of shame for girls. You stumble your way home in bumble bee costume with one broken heel and your make up smeared and probably a belly full of Plan B. Everyone looking at you just knowing you probably got annihilated by booze and dick the night before.

But whats definitely worse than that is catching your second DUI in 3 hours. Better to just stumble your drunk ass home dressed as a zombie and get labeled a slut than hop back behind the wheel again. Love that she was all cleaned up too. Like at some point between 2 and 5 Catherine took her costume off, did her hair, got herself composed, and just went driving drunk again before the sun came up. The logic behind that is staggering. Although I will say the Morning After DUI is such bullshit. That shouldnt be illegal. Who hasnt jumped back behind the wheel a little too early in the morning? Once you’ve stopped partying and gotten a little sleep that should count as sobering up no matter what your BAC says.
