Wake Up With Douglas MacArthur Calling His Shot In World War II

Look at this fucking guy. 

Steel in his eyes, stars on his shoulders, and a pipe the size of your head made out of corn cob. Defeated by the Japanese and forced to flee the Philippines in 1942. No real plan. Just a belief. He stares into the crowd and into the camera and tells the Japanese "I am coming back for your bitch asses" and on this day in 1945 MacArthur and his troops re-enter Manilla. The definition of a bad ass and an all-time quote. Babe Ruth gets way more glory than MacArthur for calling his own shot and I can't abide that. MacArthur is one of the GOATS.
