The Finishes Keep On Coming! Sergio Pettis Impresses In His Bellator Debut!

Just when I thought I was out - literally, because I was falling asleep on my couch - the cracking sound of Sergio Pettis dropping Alfred Khashakyan to the canvas in his Bellator debut* pulled me right back in!!! What a finish!! There was something just soooo aesthetically pleasing about this one, was there not?

I think Sergio Pettis is gonna be a major problem for everybody at 135lbs in Bellator, and especially if he's got some kinda chip on his shoulder after the UFC let him go. I think I'm onto something there, considering he just finished a fight for the first time in almost seven years, and if I am, hallelujah! I didn't agree with the split decision he won over my guy Joe Benavidez but hell, all the best to him now.

It's a great time to be an MMA fan.
