Antonio Brown Has Turned Himself Into The Police, Is At A Florida Jail

TMZ - Antonio Brown is turning himself in … TMZ Sports has learned the NFL star just arrived at a Florida jail after police issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this week.

We broke the story, Brown allegedly threw rocks at a moving company truck and then attacked the driver over a dispute stemming from payment for a scheduled delivery at his Hollywood, Fla. home.

The alleged victim tells dispatch AB was under the influence of drugs … and says the ex-Pittsburgh Steeler roughed him up so badly, his shirt was torn and his shoulder was injured.

Cops arrested Brown’s trainer, Glenn Holt, for his role in the alleged incident … claiming he injured the driver with Brown.

He’s expected to be held in custody until he faces a judge at a bond hearing Friday morning.

There’s always a turning point where something turns from “funny” to “sad”. We see it with every celebrity that goes through this sort of public meltdown and we look back and go “wow, we should have seen this coming”. For AB, it was probably this:

And the Mr. Bigchest interview, the fight with Mike Mayock, and so many other instances where we knew something bad could eventually happen. Well, I’m not even saying this is THE bad thing that could eventually happen, but it’d be very good if it is. AB’s fall from grace now has him turning himself over to the police, and apparently will remain in jail until tomorrow morning, if TMZ is correct.

We’re not going to guess if he’s under the influence of drugs, not going to hypothesize about the allegations that got him cut from the Patriots, and it’s a bit above our paygrades to start diagnosing him with illnesses….but obviously something is very off with him. Especially because Willie Colon has talked about how AB was normal when he played with him. Something has changed dramatically with him and we need him to get the help he so desperately needs before something worse happens, that’s one thing we for sure do know.
