Conor McGregor Praises Donald Trump As The "USA GOAT", Donald Congratulates Conor In Response

After a really fun but exhausting trip to Vegas, and a long day of work that required me to debate mixed martial arts with a man who wants to see "George Marsvigal vs Bahib Nurmegademov" on pay-per-view, I came home and went to knocked out in bed around 8pm.

When I woke up this morning, I had a bunch of mentions and messages asking how I felt about Conor McGregor's praise of Donald Trump as the "GOAT", and for a solid fifteen seconds I didn't know if I was awake or not. I mean - that Conor tweet is so outta left field and over the top it's laugh out loud funny. 

Here's where I suspect it's coming from though - Dana White has said as recently as November that Donald Trump watches almost every UFC pay-per-view, and generally, a lot of the non pay-per-view events as well. Trump then calls Dana on Monday morning and they talk about the fights, business, or whatever. I'd assume 45 had GLORIOUS things to say about the Champ Champ's performance, as he should have, and then Uncle Dana relayed those things back to Conor. 

When McGregor hears that, it probably blows his fooking mind that the President of the United States is a fan of his - don't forget he was living off welfare just seven years ago, after all - and he shows some love back. I'd be shocked if that weren't the case, and McGregor was just a big supporter of Donny's policies, or really if he knew anything about Amercian politics at all, but whatever?!

After all, they do have some mutual friends...

Oh, and I know people probably expected me to be all butthurt about this, because I'm a "soy-boy lookin snowflake" and all that (see below)...

...but if you think THIS is where I draw the line on Conor McGregor's morality and abandon ship, you just don't know me at all. I'll slap a Make The Champ Champ Great Again hat on right now. Try me.
