UNC-Chapel Hill (The Last Place Team In The ACC) Has Such Little Hope That Roy Williams Is Now Worried About DYING Before Enough Help Comes To Save The Program

[Source] - Roy Williams cannot comment on uncommitted recruits but said he enjoys the recruiting process and watching his future players.

“I just hope I live long enough to enjoy that,” he said. “Two things, one thing it’s gut-wrenching about what kind of season you’re going through but college coaching, the game and the practices is such a little part of it. There’s other things you have to do, whether it’s speaking to your alums or recruiting or whatever. So this is a huge part of the job anyway.

“Everybody says, ‘Well, you got help coming.” I jokingly I hope say that I’m going to live long enough to get there.”

Here comes ol Roy, since it's been a few days since he dropped a quote essentially talking about how bad this team is and how pathetic this year is. I mean they are now in sole possession of last place in a bad ACC. Even Wake Forest is having a better season in the ACC than UNC-Chapel Hill, a team that would be 4th in the SoCon at best.

But now? Now, Ol Roy is worried about death. That's a scary thing. I don't want Roy to die. I need him around to have years like this where he can't adapt when option 1-5 (Cole Anthony ) doesn't work out. I need him to keep giving quotes like this or saying his team is the least gifted team ever at UNC or that he walks around Chapel Hill streets playing craps on his iPad because he can't sleep. I'm not ruling out that this and his fear for death don't go hand in hand.

Oh he also goes to say that there's no plan for Cole Anthony to return yet, despite him saying on Instagram he was getting ready to return. Again, it wouldn't matter anyways. Well, it might help them make an NIT, but even that is a stretch.

Now I'm in a tough spot. I feel like I need UNC-Chapel Hill to turn this around so I don't see a man dying in front of me. I don't want that on me. Well, it'd really be on the players for being an average mid-major team, but it's on me for watching and reporting about it. And that's why this is unbiased journalism, folks. Mark it down that I do not want to see Roy Williams die because of this sad, sorry, pathetic team.
