In Honor Of Lou Williams And The Birth Of His Son, Remembering The Time He Had Two Girlfriends Named "Blonde" and"Brown" That He Dated At The Same Time
First of all congratulations to Lou Williams on the happy and healthy birth of his son "Syx" — yes, named after his three Sixth Man of the Year awards. For anyone else this would maybe seem a little obnoxious, a little egotistical, but not for Good Guy Lou Will, who by all accounts is an awesome dude. Recently it was the story about how he took the guy who tried to rob him at gunpoint to McDonalds for a meal. He's beloved in Philly for what he's done for the city and well-respected by everyone in the NBA. There's also the story of being on the team bus at age 19, straight out of high school, and winning $15K in a bet with his teammates by finishing a 6-pack before they got to the plane despite the fact that he had never drank before.
But my personal favorite is one that circulates through NBA Twitter every couple of years: how he had two girlfriends named "Blonde and Brown" who not only knew about each other, but liked each other and celebrated their birthdays together.

The Baller Mail was pretty long so I broke it down. According to the Baller Mail, Lou Will is dating a woman he affectionately describes as “Blonde” on his Instagram page. Her name is Ashley Henderson, she’s a hair stylist and has an online clothing boutique for kids “Trendy Mini” that was inspired by she and Lou’s daughters Jada and Zoey. Lou recently wrote a sweet post about Ash (“Blonde”) saying “No matter what the cost, if she like it then she got it” and even talks about how down she is on social media. Sweet, right? Well, thing is, the Baller Mail also says that Lou is also dating a woman named Rece Mitchell, whom he nicknamed “Brown” and the fun part is that they all know about it and are okay with the situation. The Baller Mail says they “share” her but I personally can’t verify that much. I guess this is what it means to be down. [Baller Alert]
A setup so impressive that even the King of Pipe was starstruck.

This is one of the those stories that everyone who spends their days online knows, but is tough to gauge how much the general public with lives outside the internet are aware of. So if you're new to the Lou Will 2-GF setup, just add it to the list of career accomplishments, next to the 3 sixth-man trophies and all-time NBA record for points off the bench.
The relationship had a sad ending unfortunately — first he broke up with Blonde, then later broke up with Brown while rumors swirled that she cheated with…in an ironic twist…the 6 Man Lou-Will-Shouter-Outer himself, Drake.

But nobody can take away the blissful time spent with two loving girlfriends at the same time.
Congratulations to Lou on the birth of his son who I'm sure two decades from now we'll be watching come off the bench for a championship contender to drop 30 points on 10-11 shooting from 3 then taking your girlfriend and your friend's girlfriend on his way off the court. Maybe even your mom just to one-up his old man.
