Listen, Gerrit Cole is all of the hype right now. We all get it. Julia Rose wants to watch our new horse pitch, who doesn't? Only problem? She's banned by Major League Baseball for some random reason. I can't remember why, must have been a big mix up. I hereby invite you to watch the New York Yankees play the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday, March 26 of the year 2020 as Gerrit Cole makes his Yankees debut. I have a spacious three bedroom (converted fourth room) Murray Hill duplex (two staircases) with a working HD television in the living room that picks up live TV unless the internet goes out but it probably won't. We just started our bar cart and it's growing by the day. There's also a fantastic water filter that will make you feel younger when you drink it because it's so healthy. We have various food options as well that will make you do your happy food dance that you've showed all of your followers.
