This is goddamn Christmas in November

This is fucking INCREDIBLE.  It’s still November, MLB free agency moves at a notoriously slow pace, and *BOOM* the White Sox just signed one of the very best catchers in baseball to a HUGE deal.  This is incredible and checks multiple boxes:

– left handed (switch hitting) power bat
– High OBP guy (career ~14% walk rate)
– high end receiver/framer
– 5 win player

Blah fucking blah.  He’s a STUD.  That’s all there is to it.

Jerry Reinsdorf, Kenny Williams and Rick Hahn are NOT fucking around.  This is the first of many.  Next up they’re going to target a free agent TOR pitcher (ZACH WHEELER THE TABLE IS YOURS (insert eyeball emoji)), a RF, and some pen depth.
