It Is Insane How Poorly The Redskins Have Mishandled This Montae Nicholson Situation And It Looks Really, Really Bad Right Now
TMZ - Washington Redskins safety Montae Nicholson is cooperating with authorities who are investigating the death of a 21-year-old woman, TMZ Sports has learned.
Here’s what we know … law enforcement has confirmed a “death investigation” is underway after an unconscious and unresponsive woman was brought to an E.R. in Ashburn, Virginia on Thursday around 1:30 AM.
The victim was pronounced dead in the emergency room. We’re told officials believe the woman died from a drug overdose.
Cops tell us … “The two males who brought her to the emergency room immediately left the area but have since been identified and located.”
Multiple sources connected to the situation tell us one of the men is Montae Nicholson.
I’ve waited this story out until more details emerged and now I think enough have emerged to blog about it. From what we know, on Thursday at 1:30am Montae Nicholson, the starting safety for your Washington Redskins, rushed an unconscious woman to the hospital where he dropped her off and she died of an apparent drug overdose. He then practiced the next day which is weird, and played on Sunday which I also found sort of odd. If you’re the Redskins, why not just you know, let him sit a bit? You don’t want an Aaron Hernandez situation on your hands, it’s best to keep him off the field not just for his mental wellbeing, but for everyone’s.
So that’s what we knew until today, when these details came out:
I mean…not good. I don’t know the ins and outs of the law but if you drop an unconscious woman off at the ER, leave the scene, she dies of an OD, and then they find pills at YOUR house, yeah, not fucking good. And the fact the Skins were so fine and dandy with letting him practice and play…it’s just…ugh. I hate this franchise so much. Dan Snyder and Bruce Allen are the scum of the Earth. Everything they do is wrong. But don’t forget about the fucking culture.
I hope Dan was involved in this and the NFL forces him to sell. Fuck him so much.
