Mr. Rogers is probably the most universally beloved human being in the 20th century, so making a movie about him must be a daunting task. It's awesome to get a look behind the camera and see how much director Marielle Heller (The Diary of a Teenage Girl), Tom Hanks and Matthew Rhys respect the gravity of that fact. Hanks is obviously a living legend, so there is no doubt that he is up to the task. For those of you that don't know Matthew Rhys, he was breathtakingly good in 'The Americans'. This movie looks like it's going to tug hard at the heartstrings and have us leaving the theater feeling a little better about humanity.
