Time - Have you ever thought fast food drive-thrus just aren’t fast enough? Someone has figured out a way to speed up the whole process. A new service called iDriveThru allows customers to make hands-free payments using the same technology that powers the electronic toll-collecting system E-ZPass, Springwise reports. Currently iDriveThru is available only at five Wendy’s locations, all in Staten Island. It’s not currently affiliated with the Metropolitan Transport Authority or any other agencies, but the MTA tested out a similar system in 2001 at two Long Island McDonald’s locations, with 15 cents of every E-ZPass transaction going directly to the MTA. The project died out when people began stealing E-ZPasses to buy food. If tolling authorities did choose to participate with iDriveThru, they could make up to $150,000 a year off transaction fees, according to the New York Post. No word yet on whether this system will spread past Staten Island, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed.

Not even kidding, this is probably the best thing that exists in the borough of Staten Island. Like here are the top 5 things in all of Staten Island:

1. The Wendy’s with the Drive Thru EZ Pass
2. The other Wendy’s with the Drive Thru EZ Pass
3. The other Wendy’s with the Drive Thru EZ Pass
4. The other Wendy’s with the Drive Thru EZ Pass
5. The other Wendy’s with the Drive Thru EZ Pass

As if America needed yet another thing to simplify getting fast food into their fat fucking gullets. Its not enough that there’s a McDonalds Burger King or Wendys on every block from here to the Pacific Ocean. Its not enough that they can make you burgers fries and nuggets in like 120 seconds. Its not even enough that you don’t have to get out of your car to get the food. Now you don’t even have to press the brakes when you hit the drive thru. Just one continuous express lane to get you that Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, 5 piece nuggets, and Frosty. Pretty soon you’re just gonna drive by with your mouth open and they’re gonna throw the food directly into your fat face.

The best part about it is that it just feels like its free every time. EZ Pass is free in my mind. Its like when you’re at an all inclusive resort or something. Its all just fake money. Lets play pretend. Give me this IDriveThru and I’m eating free Wendy’s for life. Don’t care what my monthly SkinnyFat Drive Thru bill is. Every time I’m at Wendys it feels free. Might rent a car for the day just to drive to Staten Island to do this.
