Look at all the great entertainment classics that originated in the year 1985. From Marty McFly to Rambo to Ivan Drago to Chunk & Sloth to Judd Nelson’s one big time role to Kevin Francis Clancy himself. Great year.
However it pales in comparison to the year 1994. 1994 might be the greatest year in cinematic history. Its got all time greats and cult classics that cannot be matched. Take a look at this list:
Shawshank, Forrest Gump, Pulp Fiction, Lion King, D2 Mighty Ducks, Dumb and Dumber, Speed, True Lies, Ace Ventura, The Client, Natural Born Killers, Angels in the Outfield, The Client, Clear and Present Danger and last but certainly not least, fucking Timecop! 1994 seriously goes on and on and on. Even if they aren’t like cinematic masterpieces, theres about 50 movies from 1994 that you would leave on if you were channel surfing and landed on it on TNT or TBS or something.
