This Half Court Shot For $1,000 Is The Worst Shot Attempt I've Ever Seen

I mean I'm still not convinced this isn't fake. But it was tweeted out by a bunch of official athletic departments and whatnot, so here we are. This is without a doubt the worst shot attempt I've ever seen. I don't understand how people still think throwing it like a baseball is the best idea. How many half court shots go in that way? You're an adult man, take a dribble, two steps and fling it from your chest area. I still don't know how the person in the crowd saw it coming and ducked out of the way. Pretty solid reflexes there. 

A+ call by the announcer though going with the Major League reference.
