New York (CNN) Two life coaches who hosted a radio show called “The Pursuit of Happiness” apparently committed suicide together in their Brooklyn apartment, police said. Motivational speaker John Littig, 48, and his common-law psychotherapist wife, Lynne Rosen, 46, were found with plastic bags over their heads and a tube attached to a canister of helium, according to police. Two suicide notes were found, police said. The couple’s radio show, “The Pursuit of Happiness,” on WBAI-99.5 FM focused on “personal development, growth and creativity” according to their website. It was an hourlong show airing every other Thursday afternoon. “RIP Lynne Rosen + John Littig. Partners on air and in life,” the station posted Thursday on Facebook and Twitter. The couple also led a life coaching consulting company, Why Not Now, offering coaching “designed to help foster and encourage your inner strengths,” and “put you confidently on the path to designing the life you’ve always wanted to live,” according to their website.

Listen I’m not going to make fun of suicide because suicide is dank as shit, but these got to be the worst life coaches ever.  I mean it’s just tough to be considered a big time life coach when you go and kill yourself.  Totally ruins all your street cred.   Like what do you know life coach?  You fucking killed yourself.  No comeback for that.  As a sidenote this just confirms what I’ve always thought about life coaches.  I don’t trust any of them.  Anybody who thinks they are that good at life that they can teach other people how to be awesome at life is definitely overcompensating for something and hiding some dark secret to begin with.

PS – How is it possible these life coaches had their own radio show and Barstool does not?  To quote Don King…Only in America!
