The New York Islanders Are STILL The Hottest Team In The NHL, Have Won 9 In A Row.

Remember last night when I said the New York Islanders were the hottest hockey team in the world? Well, they just went into Buffalo and shut it the fuck down. The Isles have now won 9 straight games. NINE! The Islanders refuse to lose.

14-1-1 in the second half of back to backs under Barry Trotz. That is so good it feels like like a fake stat.

During this 9 game winning steak the Isles have given up 16 goals combined. 16 goals in 9 games. Goddamn do I love this team and I can’t wait to watch them continue this run and shock the world come playoff time.

By the way... I just streamed this game on my phone while at a private Jimmy Buffet concert at Jake Owen’s charity event. Not a bad night for a guy who can’t hit a 56 degree to save his life.
