Colin Cowherd's Daughter Just Won Halloween

I wouldn’t say I’m a fan, but I’m definitely a Colin Cowherd guy. Does he make dumb comments every now and then? Sure, but he knows the game that he’s playing. It’s as simple as that.

This is what we call PR 101 from Liv, a student at Arizona State. Wouldn’t expect anything different from a Cowherd. The knowledge that Colin has was passed down to his kids. Creating headlines is nothing for the Cowherd family.
