I've put on my football weight. I didn't mean to, but I blinked and the football season weight was put on my less than stellar body. Not a big deal, I'll get rid of the weight, but the question now is how should I go about it? Obviously gotta hit the gym and start eating less, but Britney Spears has inspired me to hit up a yoga class:
