What Does World Series Flasher Julia Rose Think About Benioff/Weiss' Departure From Star Wars?
I just thought about blogging something unrelated to Star Wars, and Game of Thrones, and all of this Benioff/Weiss drama, but you know what? Y’all mothafuckas haven’t clicked on a blog without World Series Flasher Julia Rose in the headline for like 48 hours. Seriously.
You put up a Julia Rose blog with some tatas in the thumbnail and you’re headed straight to the top of the website.
I get it – trust me – I get it. I’m not faulting any of yas.
Now I must ask, though: What do you think World Series Flasher Julia Rose thinks of Benioff and Weiss’ departure from their Star Wars trilogy? Does she think they were fired quietly – or is their word true, in that they just didn’t have the time for Star Wars?
I’ve received some more intel about this whole saga (no pun intended) since my blog this morning, and I will say it seems as if they were indeed fired and given the opportunity to say they were “walking away”. Apparently that panel they did at SXSW might’ve seriously damaged Lucasfilm’s trust in them, in that they just can’t get out of their own way.

Still, I stand by everything I said about not judging them based on exclusively their worst work…

…and firmly believe they’ll bounce back and make some phenomenal entertainment in the years to come.
