(Source)–The house built on the land where John Wayne Gacy’s home once sat, and where the serial killer murdered and buried most of his victims, is on the market.

Located just east of O’Hare Airport, the three-bed, two-bathroom house is priced at $459,000. It was built after Gacy’s brick ranch was torn down in 1979 as investigators searched for bodies. In 1986, once the new home was built, its address changed from 8213 W. Summerdale Ave. to 8215, in unincorporated Norwood Park Township.

The man known now as one of the nation’s most notorious serial killers was a contractor who remodeled homes and a clown who performed at children’s parties. But he was also a monster who kidnapped young men and teenagers, raped and strangled them.

His body count totaled 33, 29 of them found on his property. The rest were recovered from the Des Plaines River. Six of his victims remain unidentified.

Lovely home here available at a bargain. Just $459,000 for a beautiful split level home with a convenient location to the city. Spacious living room with gorgeous brick fire place that can act as the hearth for your entire home. A place for your family to gather whether you’re enjoying a family dinner in the kitchen or relaxing on the couch.

John Wayne Gacy Covering His Face

Happy Halloween! Look, I am not a ghost guy. Don’t believe in ghosts. Don’t care about ghost shows. Don’t watch scary ghost movies. Once you’re dead you’re dead and that is it. I actually get extremely triggered when people ask me “how can you believe in aliens and dismiss ghosts?”. BECAUSE ALIENS ARE REAL SOMEWHERE IN THE UNIVERSE AND THERE’S NO REAL EVIDENCE FOR GHOSTS THEY AREN’T THE SAME AT ALL YOU MORON

Having said that…you’d have to be an absolutel psychopath to buy this house. They could give me this house for free and I wouldn’t move in. I don’t care if it has been torn down, rebuilt, owned by several people since Gacy, you can NOT buy this house or live in this house. That is bad juju. It takes some mental gymnastics to not believe in ghosts and be too scared to move onto a property where heinus crimes were committed. That is where I am though. If you buy that house knowing what happened on that property I don’t know how you stop yourself from thinking about it. Those types of thoughts can just corrupt your brain. Just poison because your backyard has DNA of murdered people in it. If that doesn’t bother you then you yourself should probably be arrested. Pre-arrested before you commit any murders.

Same thing goes for 657 Boulevard. I don’t care if “The Watcher” was a complete hoax. Can’t risk it. Can’t put yourself through the trauma that comes with possible murders and overt threats against previous owners because a psycho neighbor is watching your every more and is acting on behalf of the “spirit of the house”. Spirits aren’t real, but crazy people are and you better avoid them at all costs. If you don’t know that story get caught up here
