It's A Joke That #6 Wisconsin at #4 Ohio State Is A Noon Kickoff

What a joke. A noon kickoff? This isn't us playing some scrub like Florida Atlantic or Cincinnati. This is going to be a 7-0 #6 ranked Wisconsin team traveling to a 7-0 #4 ranked Ohio State team. And we're kicking off before the sun even comes up? This is 2019 folks, no one wants to play at noon. Not the players. Not the coaches. And certainly not the home fans.

This decision infuriates me to no end. And don't give me something about this being because of the television networks. I don't care that Fox wants it to be their noon game of the week. This game should start at 8:00, at least 3:30 minimum. And honestly it should be the only game allowed on television at that time. Every channel should be blank while these two play. That's how big of a game it is. And they're going to put it on right after Saturday morning cartoons? Fox, I am disappointed in you!

Screw the television networks. This is a direct shot at Ohio State's crown. The NCAA should step in. This would be night game anywhere else in the country, and the home fans would be so fired up to take down the king. But they've got us, the king, either staying in on a Friday night or getting up way too hungover at 6 am the next day to start pregaming. This should happen to the Illinois and Iowas of the world. Not to The Ohio State University. Winners are supposed to make the rules and write the history books. I guess it's Ohio Against The World as always.

**Side note: the ONLY good thing coming out of this wrongful decision is that Urban Meyer and the Big Noon Kickoff pregame show will be live from Columbus that morning. Welcome home, Coach!
