Police responded to the North Quincy Station just after 5:30 p.m. on Friday night after witnesses reported seeing a man hanging on to the top roof rail. Witnesses also told police that the man, later identified as 29-year-old Justin Green , had allegedly tried to surf other trains at the Wollaston station.
