It Doesn't Matter If Jay Gruden Is Fired, Nothing Will Change
Obviously Jay Gruden is on the hot seat. That’s not exactly breaking news. The Skins are 0-4, completely undisciplined, couldn’t score vs the 31st ranked defense, and look completely dead in the water. Gruden is a defeated man- players have given up already, Snyder is undermining every decision, and I literally nothing is working. The offense is broken, the defense is broken, the IR is filling up by the minute, everything is awful.
But it won’t matter if he’s fired. What’s a new head coach going to do that every coach before him hasn’t tried? What, a new coach is going to take control away from Snyder and Allen? Get Josh Norman to cover? Not going to happen. No matter who is coaching, this is a dead team. This a team at rock bottom but still digging to see how low it’ll get. 0-16 is in play. Nothing is off the table. Just sell the team, Dan. Just sell the team. You had your fun for 20 years, time to find something else. Sell the fucking team, for the love of god.
