Pray For The Clippers After Steph Curry Basically Says He's Going To Bukakke Them With Threes On Opening Night

Hell yes. You see I’m not of the opinion that the Warriors are dead, even without Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson. I still think they’ll win around 48-50 games and honestly that could have them anywhere from like 7th to 4th in playoff seeding. For all we know DLo is going to mesh perfectly, they still have legit defenders blah blah blah. What I am excited for though is a legit Fuck You season from Steph Curry. I’m talking another level from his 2015-16 season where he averaged 30 a game on 50% shooting and 5.1 3PM a night. Christ those numbers are so ridiculous when you type them out. You know what the worst idea in the world is? To make Steph Curry think that nobody believes in GS and that they are cooked. That’s how you get 22 3PA dropped on you, and because it’s Steph he’s probably making at least 9-12 of those. This may seem like a joke but guess which team Steph has made the most threes against in his career? That’s right the Clippers with 142. He owns that ass.

I think what we’re going to see this season from Steph is going to be eerily similar to when the Warriors first started to get ridiculous a few years ago. Remember back in like 2013-2016 before everyone started to hate them because they were so fucking good? We all lost so much sleep because you couldn’t risk not watching Steph Curry play and drop bombs from 40 feet. That’s what we’re going to get this year I bet. It wouldn’t shock me if Steph averages like 35 a game and gets back to that point where he’s living in a permanent state of NBA Jam fire.

Now I know what you’re thinking. The Clippers loaded up on defenders, there’s no way Curry goes off on them on Opening Night. I’m sorry, what’s more believable. The Clippers, who will be without Paul George and will be playing together for the first time are going to be flawless defensively, or on the first night of the new NBA season in a brand new arena that basically got built because of Steph Curry, he’s going to go off and put on a show. Everyone knows the Clippers are going to be really good, there’s no denying that, but my money is on Steph staying true to his word and bringing the thunder and then busting out that cocky ass shimmy all over Doc Rivers’ face.
