I get there’s a bunch of  brainiac formulas for this shit and in the end it’s just an estimate, but don’t piss on my head and tell me it’s raining Statcast.  If this ball is hit at Wrigley it’s heading for a rooftop on Sheffield which has never been done.  Gross miscarriage of justice.

Oh and Yordan Alvarez is already one of the very best players in all of baseball.  The Astros fucking did it again and its bullshit.  I’m convinced they cheat their asses off in more than a few realms of baseball, but they’re a juggernaut unless/until they get caught.  Just a powerhouse in every way.  Alvarez is 22.  22!  And putting up freak show numbers.  If he played a full season, he’d be on his way to about a 7 fWAR season with an 181 wRC+.  Just absurd.  Fucking Astros.  Rich keep getting richer
