The NBA Is Being Lame As Hell By Banning The Ninja Headbands For Next Season

Hey NBA and Nike, this is doing too much. The ninja headband isn’t unprofessional, it’s fucking cool. Wake up. This was a craze that caught on over the last few years, last season especially, and I think fans will tell you that whenever someone rocked one of these headbands they immediately played better. There is most definitely some sort of basketball enhancement whenever these are rocked. Plus it just looks really cool so it’s annoying as hell that these are now banned.

How is this any different from the super thick headband and shit? What is so unprofessional about this look I’m having a hard time understanding. There’s clearly a market for this product, if you make it players will wear it and in turn kids will want to buy it. Boom I just made you a billion dollars. Look, one even already sort of exists that Nadal wears while he plays!

He doesn’t look unprofessional does he? If he can rock it NBA players should be able to rock it. If I had to guess I say the players win this battle in the long run and are allowed to wear it. Why? Because when LeBron does it and he tells the league he wants to do it, both the NBA and Nike will listen

For a league that seems to make nothing but great decisions when it comes to uniforms and shit (see all the dope throwbacks) they without a doubt screwed this one up. They need to remember the NBA is the cool league, and by all accounts the Ninja headbands are cool and we need more of them, not less.
