The Phillies Cream Pied The Red Sox Last Night. Or Something Like That
The Philadelphia Phillies (men’s professional baseball team) got their series underway at Fenway last night with a 3-2 win. Much like 30% of men out there, they finished pretty early. The Phils unloaded 3 runs in the 1st inning and then just kind of laid on their backs for the rest of the night. But the 3 runs in the 1st inning were enough to hold on for the win. A win in which the Phillies’ Twitter account celebrated with this since-deleted tweet.
Nothing like capping off the night with a sweet, sweet cream pie.
