A Fascinating Documentary On Mumbles Campaign For 1984 City Counciler Position

Kind of gives you new respect for the old half retarded guy doesn’t it?  Loved the part at the 2:50 mark where his sister or wife or whoever that was told him he was saying “physical” instead of fiscal in his practice speech and then he still goes out and mangles it and she is just beaming at the camera like “TOLD YOU SO.”   The more things change the more they stay the same…

PS – I can’t believe this was 1984.   This has to be 1962.
