Okay I went to umpiring school for 2 months when I was 22 so basically I know every rule of baseball inside and out and I don’t see how this is an illegal pitch whatsoever.  But truthfully I don’t even know what league this is.  Korea I think?  Not sure, maybe they have different rules there.
