Italy Decides They Are Going To Retry Amanda Knox For Murder Like It Ain't No Thing

DM – Amanda Knox has been sensationally ordered to stand a re-trial over the 2007 killing of her British flatmate Meredith Kercher in Perugia. Miss Knox said the news that the Italian court had overturned the acquittals of her and ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito for the murder was both ‘painful’ and ‘unfair.’ Knox, 25, and her Sollecito, 29, spent four years in jail, but were freed on appeal in 2011 largely on the grounds DNA evidence was flawed. Knox returned to the U.S. after she was freed and now lives in Seattle – Italian law cannot compel her to return for the re-running of her appeal, but if she is convicted, Italy could seek her extradition.In a statement, Miss Knox said: ‘It was painful to receive the news that the Italian Supreme Court decided to send my case back for revision when the prosecution’s theory of my involvement in Meredith’s murder has been repeatedly revealed to be completely unfounded and unfair.’

Fucking Italy huh. Umm double jeopardy bro? Ever heard of it? I mean I may know nothing about the legal system but I even know that you can’t try a person for murder twice. That’s like day 1 stuff.   It’s right up there with innocent until proven guilty. Yeah I know that Italy has their own legal system but guess what Italy? Our rules trump your rules. That’s what happens when you’re on the wrong side of every major war in the history of the world. So go ahead. Knock yourself out. Retry her without her there. That sounds like a freaking blast. Bottomline is I don’t know if Foxy Knoxy killed anybody or not. She probably fucking did, but you already tried her and lost.  Grow up. Stop being bitches about it. Nobody likes a sore loser.
