A Florida Woman Has Been Charged For Spitting, Peeing, and Putting Her Boogers Into Her Rival Ice Cream Shop's Containers
INDIAN SHORES — Police arrested a St. Petersburg woman for ruining an estimated $2,000 worth of ice cream and forcing an ice cream shop to close for days by spitting, urinating and picking her nose into containers, according to an affidavit.
Jung Soon Wypcha, 66, was arrested Monday and charged with criminal mischief and tampering with consumer products after Indian Shores police reviewed videos showing her behavior over three days at Lu Lu’s Ice Cream shop.
That’s it. No more ice cream for me unless I’m at home and it’s sealed in it’s original container. There’s too much tomfoolery going on in the frozen treat industry these days. But I must say, strong move out of Florida Woman. Live look at Florida Man:

Here’s what I’ll say about this lady spitting, peeing, and putting boogers in her rival’s ice cream containers. Do I condone it? Nope. I do not condone it. I’ll go as far as saying that it’s gross. But I do respect it. How else are you going to compete with the ever-growing Lulu’s Ice Cream Shop? Something had to be done. And this will certainly keep people from eating there, unless their favorite flavor happens to be piss and boogers.
For those of you outside the know, the Florida ice cream parlor industry is a cut throat business. Customers are very, very loyal. Once a particular shop gets rolling, it’s hard to stop that momentum, let alone enter the market. And that’s what the issue here was. A small Indian Shores Food Mart trying to go toe to toe with the big dog.
Wypcha runs Indian Shores Food Mart next door. The two businesses share a bathroom, Lulu’s Ice Cream Shop owner Paul Chiulli said.
“I guess she wasn’t liking that we were getting popular,” he said.
This reminds me of Bagel Boss guy from yesterday. How many lip-biting smirks can you get in a row before you finally snap? It was bound to happen eventually. Well how many customers can you watch go into a rival’s ice cream parlor before you pee into their containers? It was only a matter of time.
