Nick Kyrgios Owns a Reporter's Life After Getting Questioned For Drinking At A Pub The Night Before His Match, Then Spots a Female Reporter Who Was At The Bar With Him

Yeah if you’re the reporter you gotta just pack up your stuff and go home after that. Props to him for posting the clip and admitting he got dominated, but you can’t come back from that. Dude probably went back to his hotel and stared at a wall questioning his life. Right after that question Nick spotted a familiar face from the night before.

And that’s just too perfect. Thought he wouldn’t notice you huh? Nope, sniped out like you read about. Only Kyrgios would do that.

I love everything about Nick Kyrgios. People HATE him, especially old tennis purists because of his crazy on court antics. I think he’s refreshing and brings life to a sport that’s relatively boring. Even if you don’t watch tennis, if you watched his match against Nadal today you would have enjoyed it. He’s just different. Will he ever win a grand slam? Probably not unless he gets a coach who can help him keep his cool, but I don’t think he really gives a shit. He’s just Nick Kyrgios and he’s one of a kind.

Dude goes out the night before a Wimbledon match against Rafa Nadal, whom which he despises. For him it’s just another match.

Then he shows up to the match, plays his ass off in front of a standing room only crowd, and does shit like this underhand serve. He did this a few times and won those points. Probably was driving Rafa nuts and that’s the endgame.

It’s all mind games. He tries to get in your head the entire match. Get you out of your groove. Now a lot of the time he gets inside his own head and implodes, but it’s pure entertainment no matter the situation. At one point in the match Nadal came to the net and Kyrgios ripped a forehand right at him, which is frowned upon when there’s a defenseless player at the net. Nadal gave him a death stare, but Nick didn’t give a shit. They asked him post match what he thought of it and he was completely honest. He was trying to hit Nadal. Love it.

“Why would I apologize? I didn’t hit him. Hit his racket, no? Why would I apologize? I won the point. I mean, the dude has got how many slams, how much money in the bank? I think he can take a ball to the chest, bro. I’m not going to apologize to him at all. Yeah, I was going for him. Yeah, I wanted to hit him square in the chest. Like, he’s got decent hands.”

He’ll never win a grand slam against unless he drastically changes his focus (and he’ll tell you that) but he’ll never not be entertaining to watch. When he cares about playing, like today, he’s as good as anyone. I love Nick Kyrgios.
