New Jersey Has Dethroned Las Vegas As The Sports Betting Capital Of The World

I never understood why New Jersey, or anywhere else for that matter, waited as long as they did to legalize sports betting. Now I understand certain sports went out of their ways to prevent the legalization, but it’s still crazy to me some couldn’t see how amazing this could be financially for the state. In less than a year NJ has overtaken Vegas in terms of money bet on sports, and this wasn’t a slow month for Vegas. This was their best May EVER for sports betting. NJ took ‘em to the cleaners. Every state should have sports betting legalized. You are living in the 1800s if you think otherwise.
