Now I’ll admit, it sure sounds like Dickie V is a little confused here. Maybe pick #8 goes to IND or something and #10 and Turner go to NO in some sort of massive three team trade? They did mention they want an All Star type player on a good contract and that does fit Turner. Plus he fills a big man need. Poor Woj was probably holding off until the action started tonight but he should know better. When Dickie Scoops gets a little nugget of information he’s going to blast that out to the masses. You would think if the Pelicans get to 10 that means ATL would end up in four, so what the hell would the Pacers be doing giving up Myles Turner? For the 8th pick? That seems unlikely. Unless THEY are the team that’s sneaky in on Al Horford. As you can see Dickie V may have just broken a major trade that could have huge implications not just tonight but also in free agency. The whole thing makes no sense which means it makes perfect sense when you really think about it. Why can’t this man have #sources? I have no idea what Dickie V knows but I know we can’t ignore it. Rational thinking says he’s just an old man that probably heard some sort of weird fake trade and he ran with it but how is that any different from anyone else on Twitter right now? Rumors are flying left and right and everyone knows you hit tweet first and ask questions later. As I write this he still hasn’t deleted the tweet either because it’s true or because he has no idea how to do such a thing.
