LeBron James Selfishly Misses All-NBA First Team For The First Time Since 2007

Let me be the first to congratulate the 2018-2019 All-NBA First Team. Well deserved, gentlemen. But unfortunately, like all things in the NBA, LeBron James has to steal the story and make it about himself. This story should be about Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden being unanimous selections. It should be about Niokla Jokic making the country of Serbia proud. But it’s not. Instead, it’s all about how LeBron James didn’t make First Team for the first time since 2007. What a selfish move by the King. After what was without question the most embarrassing year of his career, he had to settle for 2nd team honors. Wait what?

Say it ain’t so, LeBron! Not even on the 2nd team?? All-NBA 3rd team is literally a Make a Wish charity case. Goran Dragic has been on the 3rd team. Jamal Mashburn has been on the 3rd  team. Metta World Peace has been on the 3rd team. Even a guy named Dale Ellis from the Seattle SuperSonics was named to the 3rd team. I would rather not make a team than make the 3rd team. But that’s just me. I’m not concerned about individual statistics and accomplishments like LeBron is. LeBron is probably going to Instagram this later. “It’s an honor to be named to the All-NBA 3rd Team like some of the game’s greats like David Lee and Eddie Jones”. Shut up, LeBron. Let these guys enjoy their moment in the sun. Quit making everything about you.
