Max Kellerman Had Perhaps The Worst Basketball Take In The History Of Takes Today

We’re at the point where there’s no way Max Kellerman believes what comes out of his mouth right? I know this is the whole point of First Take, he tries to do his best skip impression but come on man. I can’t sit here and let this take go unchecked. In fact it may be the worst basketball take I’ve ever heard and there are a lot of shitty takes out there on the internet.

It’s pretty simple he just doesn’t understand what All NBA really is. It’s about who had the best season, not who the best 5 players are in the league right now or who you would rather start your team with. You also can’t start by talking about how important the playoffs are and then talk about LeBron James. In case you didn’t know, he missed the playoffs. It’s simply insane to think that a top 2 MVP Finalist isn’t 1st Team All NBA worthy. That’s how it works. Everyone with a brain seems to understand that, including the actual voters

If he’s so caught up on the postseason and having that matter, does he not know that Harden had his highest scoring average of his postseason career at 31.6 a game? He also had one of his highest FG% from the floor and from three. You want to talk about his series against GS? He had 35, 29, 41, 38, 31, and 35 in that series. They didn’t lose because he didn’t show up, they lost to a better team, that shit happens. Feels weird to suggest that his playoff performance was actually a negative.
