Charlie McAvoy Has Been Suspended One Game For His High Hit On Josh Anderson

B’s defensemen Charlie McAvoy has been given a one game suspension for his check to the head of Blue Jackets’ Josh Anderson last night in Game 6. It was a high hit and he 100% deserved more than just the two minute penalty, even if it wasn’t intentional. John Moore will likely slot in in his place, Don Sweeney told reporters today that Kevan Miller is not available but hasn’t been ruled out of the playoffs.
