Everyone Wins When Torts Is Pissed And In Front Of A Microphone
Columbus Blue Jackets Head Coach John Tororella was not happy with reporters after his team was eliminated by the Boston Bruins tonight. Torts gave zero fucks in his post game presser and while i’d like to say he didn’t hold anything back, I can imagine there were a few more words he would of liked to slip in there when the reporter asked if there was “a sense of accomplishment” getting kicked out of the second round.
I don’t get how people don’t like this guy. Win or lose he is an absolute content machine. John Tortorella is exactly what I want in a hockey coach. He holds his guys accountable but he’ll never throw them under the bus when times are tough. He’ll take the blame when it’s on him and he’ll put it on guys when it is on them.
Here is an idea for the NHL….give a 24/7 series that follows around Torts every day. Just mic the dude up and he’ll produce some of the best content the NHL has ever seen.
