Kim Foxx: "I Had No Conflict Of Interest" Ummmm.... WTF???

Embattled Chicago attorney Kim Foxx is fighting a subpoena to appear in court over her handling of the Jussie Smollett case.

On Tuesday, Foxx filed a motion in court asking a judge to dismiss the requests of Sheila O’Brien, a former judge who is asking for Foxx and her attorney to face tough scrutiny over their handling of the case.

She said that, contrary to public opinion and O’Brien’s claims, she had no ‘actual conflict of interest’ in the Smollett case.

I really wish I wasn’t forced to comment on this story.  I really wish I didn’t write a blog asking if Kim Foxx is the most obtuse person on the planet.

I really wish Kim Foxx didn’t make it so goddamn easy.  I REALLY wish Jussie Smollett was still the biggest villain in this whole embarrassing debacle.

None of that reigns true, however.  It’s getting to the point where the whole thing should just be laughed off the planet.  Fire Foxx and hit Smollett with whatever punishment the justice system sees fit.

But that’s not the case.  Every day Foxx is in the news for saying something that’s dumber than the last time she opened her mouth.

But alas, that’s not the case.  So what now?  This time she claims, “I don’t think I had a conflict of interest”

WHAT!!??!?!

Pardon me Miss Foxx, but you LITERALLY JUST CHARGED SOMEONE FOR FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT.  The same exact crime, among others, that Smollett was accused of.  The same crime that you just *poof* made vanish.

A someone who ISN’T FAMOUS and a someone who ISN’T RICH.  It’s banana land.  What other POSSIBLE reason for just throwing out Smollett’s case would there be?  There isn’t one

We all know President Trump is a polarizing figure, especially in Hollywood and on social media.  But what (the facts show) Smollett did was a dispicable, deplorable (see what I did there!) act that has been nothing but an embarrassment for Chicago, its residents, and people of BOTH sides of the aisle no matter how radically left or right they are.  But Kim Foxx, this dingbat, just let him off the hook.

Chicago’s gonna Chicago amirite?  It’s disgusting.  I really hope Mayor Lightfoot drains the Chicago political swamp
