Woman Calls 9-1-1 To Ask How To Kill Her Boyfriend - Immediately Arrested

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A City of Tonawanda woman is facing criminal charges after police say she called 911 to ask how she could kill her boyfriend.

54-year-old Zelda Cotton of Delaware Street is charged with Endangering the Welfare of an Elderly Person and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Police responded to a home on William Street Saturday where Cotton was with her 76-year-old boyfriend. She reportedly told officers she struck him five times with a VCR tape, and was swinging a leaf blower battery at him.

Cotton was said to be intoxicated at the time and was taken into custody. Her boyfriend was not hurt.

When we get hammered we do a lot of stupid shit. Maybe you Snapchat your ex. Maybe you tweet something you regret in the morning. We’ve all been there in some capacity. Well, this 54 year old woman got hammered and called 9-1-1 to ask them how to kill her boyfriend, who is 76. In a shocking development she was immediately arrested.

The alarming part here is that the best strategy this woman could come up with was using a VCR tape. That’s the best you got on the fly? A VCR tape and a leaf blower battery? What the hell does a leaf blower battery even look like? That’s just a normal battery pack. If you really wanted to kill the guy why didn’t you just grab a steak knife from the draw and get the job done?

This woman should not be charged for trying to murder her boyfriend. He was never in real danger and reportedly was no hurt. The woman should be charged with all-time stupidity for using a VCR tape as her weapon. Idiot.
