I'm Giving Away A Pair Of My Season Ticket Seats To Tomorrow's Red Sox Game, And All I'm Asking In Return Is To Help Out Gary Tanguay Who Was Diagnosed With Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

If you haven’t already heard, Gary Tanguay of NBC Sports Boston was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He made the announcement on Twitter today, and thankfully he caught it early enough so that it could be treated. Gary’s an awesome guy, and he was extremely helpful and kind to me when I was back in Boston just starting out at CSNNE, now NBC Sports Boston.

I’ve got a share of season tickets at Fenway Park — in Section 10, obviously — and I’d like to give a pair away to a couple of Red Sox fans who make a donation to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Gary’s name. Any amount is certainly appreciated. Either tweet me or send me an email with your proof of donation, and I’ll pick a winner by the end of the night so that everyone can plan accordingly, as it’s game one of a day-night doubleheader. You’ll be getting the 1:10pm Chris Sale start.
