15 Year Old Freshman And Teacher Throw Down After Teacher Confiscates Cell Phone
Live Leak – A wild fight that erupted between a freshman student and her teacher at Stockton’s Cesar Chavez High School has left the student facing an assault charge and the teacher facing an investigation of her actions. The fight broke out Monday at 12:30 p.m. when Marlina Martinez, 15, began applying makeup at the end of her math class. Martinez said her female teacher, who is not being identified because she is not yet facing any charges, confiscated her makeup. Martinez then called her mother on her cellphone to have her demand that her teacher give her back the makeup. When Martinez gave her teacher the phone to talk to her mother, the teacher confiscated the phone. At that point, Martinez confronted her teacher and loudly demanded to have her phone back. The incident developed into a shoving match and then escalated into a fight. Eventually, the pair end up on the classroom floor as other students try to pull them apart. The entire incident was captured on cellphone video by another student in the class, who then posted it to his Facebook page. Martinez was arrested by school district police on an assault charge. She has been suspended for five days and has a meeting with her principal on Thursday to learn if she will be expelled. She admits she should not have confronted her teacher. “I know I did wrong by like going up to her and trying to get my stuff, but from the get-go she should have gone and pushed that button,” said Martinez, referring to a button in each classrooms teachers can use to summon security. Martinez’s grandmother agreed. “When they see the student that is getting aggressive or loud, they should walk away, push whatever button they have to push for the security and they should step outside,” Alice Gonzalez said.
Looks like Marlina Martinez didn’t know what she was getting herself into. Like yea that chick is your teacher and you probably think you can always beat up some old broad. But you gotta remember, that woman was probably once a sassy black chick at a younger age. She was probably just like you at one point. I bet she tried to beat the shit out of her teacher too. Theres only so far you can push a woman like that before the hoodrat comes out in her too. Its like the old saying “You can take the woman out of the hood but can take the hood out of the woman.”
How about this girl and her grandmother though saying the teacher should just “push the button” to call for security? Like openly admitting “I’m behaving like an animal but you shouldn’t put your hands on me! Just push the button and call for security!” How about we forget about the button and you just act like a normal human being, toots? Then you don’t need to worry about your teacher beating your ass or security coming to arrest you.
