Cersei Lannister Says Season 8 Of 'Game Of Thrones" Is The Tits
That’s really all I needed to hear. Obviously I’m already excited for next Sunday but Cersei Lannister saying that season 8 of Game of Thrones is “the tits” has me more excited than any other piece of promotional material they’ve put out. HBO has been releasing almost-daily teaser trailers, the whole cast hyped up the show at the premiere the other night in NYC and they plopped a GIANT Iron Throne down at Rockefeller Center but that instagram post from Cersei has me more pumped than all of it.
That post made me think that I need to get my thoughts in order for the upcoming season. Like who do I want to see live? Who do I want to see die? Who do I want to see experience moments of glory? Who do I want to be sitting on the Iron Throne when it’s all said and done? I somehow haven’t really thought about these things despite having a 200-year gap between the last season and this season. My gut says I want the Night King to win because that would be a very Game of Thrones-type ending. I will be pissed if incest-ridden Dany and Jon end up the victors because that would be an absolute snooooooooooozefest. Give me Dany stabbing Jon in the back for power (or vice versa) and now we’re talking. But I’m sticking with the #TeamWhiteWalkers and the Night King winning in the end because that would make so many people mad. Not to mention the White Walkers are basically nature.
