Who Is The Campus Legend At Each State School In Illinois?

This is something I’ve been working on for a little bit now. If you follow along with the show you know that it’s all about random people/happenings in Chicago, but I figured since so many people here have spent time at these state schools it’d be great to explore our college towns to talk to some interesting people.

What I’m looking for is the person on Campus that everybody knows, but is still somehow obscure in a way. Not Brad Underwood. Not Lovie Smith. Not the dude who drinks 22 beers a night at Pub II.

I’m talking about the lady who works at the dining hall that everybody loves. I’m talking about the town homeless man who has been there since the 80’s.

The person that everybody knows, but that they don’t really know if that makes sense. You get the idea.
