Trea Turner Is The Most Exciting Player In Baseball

Objectively Trea Turner is the most exciting player in baseball right now. He is one of the only guys who plays the game with such speed and electricity. Every single time he’s at the plate he is an all around threat. Opposing teams have no idea what to do defensively because they want to play him in because of his speed and ability to get infield hits, but he also has power, which he demonstrated yesterday with not one but two home runs. I mean this ball was absolutely SMOKED.

He had about as good of an opening series as a player can have:

He’s even too fast for the Gatorade bath.

I don’t want to get ahead of myself but man I hope we see 100 steals out of Trea this year. Would be AWESOME. Sometimes he looks straight up bored when stealing 2nd. Like the catcher throwing to 2nd is just wasting everyone’s time by even trying to throw him out.

Should be a very, very fun season of watching Trea. And hopefully with the money saved on he who must not be named we can lock him up long term and watch him electrify for years to come.
